With the rapid rise in oil prices, oil companies have a strong incentive to begin production early while full field development is being planned and permanent facilities are being built. Early Production Facilities (EPFs) can help our customers bring their new discoveries on stream quicker. Production Solutions has the capability to design and install modular, fit-for-purpose EPFs worldwide, ranging in size from less than 10,000 bbls/day up to 100,000 bbls/day and 50-100 MMSCF/ day. Our specialised EPFs and fast-track developments enable our customers to create an early cash flow with only a minimum cash outlay. They also provide real-time production data that enable our customers to appraise their reservoir performance before they install more expensive long-term facilities. EPFs can be used for small reserves that would be financially risky or uneconomical to produce with a permanent production facility.
All Production Solutions filtration units are operated by experienced field personnel trained to the highest standards. All build codes follow intentional industry standards. We have an increasing fleet size and range of both dual & single pot sand filters. Pressure rating on our sand filtration units range between 5,000 psi & 10,000 psi. Designed to improve our clients analysis during testing operations, completion clean-ups and maximum sand-free rate tests. The unit packages are skid mounted and fully certified for offshore projects. Specifically engineered units give us the smallest footprint currently available in the market today.
Production Solutions can provide comprehensive and Innovative compression and gas process systems for a wide range of enhanced production recovery applications whether it be offshore or onshore. We have rapidly expanded natural gas compression fleet over the past three years and have complete in-house facilities and engineering for design and packaging bespoke automated and remotely operated systems.
Production Solutions delivered two compact Pipeline Flushing Units (PLFU) to a customer in the Gulf of Thailand in under 8 weeks, as a modular & low cost pipeline flushing decommissioning alternative to traditional packages Production Solutions' Engineering division designed, engineered and fabricated in its facilities two compact Pipeline Flushing Units comprising dual seawater lift pumps with removable hanger, dual seawater coarse filters, a chemical injection package and dual Class 1 Div. 2 electrical driven flushing pumps The PLFUs were fast-track delivered, incorporating Client's requests during engineering and design, in under 8 weeks Both PLUs were fully assembled and FAT with Client at our facilities in Ban Chang, Thailand The offered solution was unique due to its mobility and flexibility, fitting our Client's pay-as-you go business model, with small footprint offshore and high reliability operation
Production Solutions delivered the first Semi- Automated Sea Water Injection Mobile System (SWIMS) designed to increase recovery efficiency through waterflooding small marginal offshore oil reservoirs in the Gulf of Thailand. Production Solutions' Production Enhancement division designed, engineered and fabricated in its facilities a bespoke, first of its class SWIMS comprising dual seawater lift pumps with removable hanger, an automatic seawater coarse filter, a chemical injection package, a vertical treated water buffer tank and dual Class 1 Div. 2 electrical driven multistage centrifugal seawater injection pumps. The brain of the package consisted of a central PLC control and shutdown system, Class 1 Div. 2 rated, in order to allow PS personnel to operate the package remotely. Additionally, a CCTV system was installed for monitoring from the PLQ. The swims was fast-track delivered, incorporating Client's requests during engineering and design, such as the installation of CCTV and API 53A plan mechanical seals for the pumps.
Production Solutions delivered the First Automated Well Unloading Unit (WUU) to a customer in South East Asia for enhancing oil production and reserves, whilst reducing greenhouse gas emissions in offshore field The operator challenged Production Solutions’ Production Enhancement division to design, engineer and fabricate a mobile Well Unloading Package that could be deployed in under 16 weeks, with minimum footprint and number of lifts under 10 MT, Class 1 Div. 2 rated and with a SIL 2 rated PLC for control and shutdown In addition, the enhancement package had to be designed to be operated remotely from the PLQ, normally unmanned, due to limited POB in these fields Production Solutions’ Production Enhancement division designed, engineered and fabricated in its facilities a bespoke, first of its class Auto Well Unloading Package comprising choke manifolds, separation equipment, Class 1 Div. 2 rated gas compression, Class 1Div. 2 electrical driven surface pumps, control/shutdown system, plus all utilities necessary to allow the low pressure wells to be put back onto production The Semi-Auto Well Unloading Package was fast-track delivered, incorporating Client’s requests during engineering and design, such as the use of Coriolis meters for metering or the installation of API 53A plan mechanical seals for the pumps
